Tailored to meet the challenges facing fundraising professionals who are responsible for the creation and implementation of their organizations’ development plan.
(Formerly Development Director Learning Group) In this Working Group, Development Professionals will receive consulting from experts and input from peers to increase effectiveness of your next Development Plan. Our executive working groups emphasize practical learning and are designed to provide maximum engagement. Participants will create and/or refine their Development Plan and learn the keys to its implementation. Through each of the six sessions, you will have three hours to learn, work, and receive valuable feedback. You will leave with a clear vision, goal, and plan to enhance future fundraising efforts.
