The Mindful Manager Program
Earn our certificate as a Mindful Manager. A 10-workshop series that focuses on building skills critical for successful management. While each 2-hour exploratory workshop provides a valuable independent learning experience, completion of all 10 workshops in the series gives participants a toolbox of integrated strategies for both self and team management.

Manager Working Group – A valuable place to learn and discuss the challenges of managing people and programs in today’s changing environment. Updated during the pandemic and remote work environments. Best suited for newer managers with up to 5 years’ experience.
Volunteer Manager Working Group – Examines the changes in the nonprofit sector affecting volunteerism, the challenges in creating an organizational culture which maximizes its volunteers, and the skills needed to effect change.
The Essentials Workshop Series
Nonprofit Essentials – Nonprofit Essentials is a series of 7 workshops that address the core aspects of operating a nonprofit organization. The program is designed to offer a foundational knowledge base for emerging nonprofit organizations and professionals.
Volunteer Essentials – Volunteer Essentials is a series of 6 workshops that address the core aspects of operating successful volunteer programs. This highly interactive series is ideal for nonprofit professionals who work with volunteers such as volunteer coordinators, managers, or program supervisors.
