Tanja Schroeder

Tanja Schroeder is a born and raised San Diegan with a passion for traveling and exploring the world. She holds a masters in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from USD. She has a passion for assisting nonprofit organizations design a productive and healthy work culture. She worked at the Fleet Science Center in Balboa Park for 7 years managing the volunteer program, and now is the Southern California Recruitment Coordinator for EnCorps.
