Luiza Campos

Luiza is currently the Operations Coordinator for Leap to Success where she oversees the administrative operations of the nonprofit organization. Leap to Success is dedicated to empowering vulnerable women with the skills and confidence they need to overcome trauma and pursue a fulfilling life. Prior to joining Leap to Success, Luiza worked as the Volunteer Program Coordinator for Home Start. She has also consulted with many nonprofits both in the United States and internationally on projects related to impact measurement, staff development, and operational capacity. She has been an active volunteer for Nonprofit Solutions, facilitating workshops and having served as volunteer coordinator. Luiza holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and enjoys learning about innovative ways nonprofits can improve their operations and communication to increase their impact for the public good.

Luiza is one of those people that wants to make the world a better place. She is passionate about planning and organizing and believes that through operations and processes, nonprofits can deliver more impact to their communities. Luiza aims to constantly improve to better serve people and organizations on their journey to change the world.
