Lizzie Rodriguez
Elizabeth “Lizzie” Rodriguez specializes in bringing diverse communities together through experienced advocacy, bridge building, transparent communication, focused intent and group negotiation development skills. Her passion and goals are to increase inclusion, equity, diversity and accessibility skills for all people in new and innovative ways. Lizzie is a powerful force who uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to help others succeed and see the potential in traditionally underrepresented perspectives. She has worked for Girl Scouts San Diego as a Mission Delivery Specialist, making the world a better place in collaboration with 25,000 local girls. She has worked for City of San Diego Councilmembers, providing education, resources, and funding to serve over 150.000 residents, nonprofits, business owners, and families As a community activist, Lizzie advocates for progress and increased community relationships via nonprofit organizations, including as a former Board Member for Habitat for Humanity, current Board Member of Volunteer With Cheli, and a community ambassador for the Humane Society of San Diego. Lizzie is inspired by her deep love of animals, connecting residents to the services they require for an improved quality of life and dedication to environmental justice.
