Jonathan Bell
Jonathan Bell is an associate at Versailles Law Corporation (VLC), where he specializes in counseling companies and individuals in corporate, entertainment, real estate, and financial transactions. As part of his practice, Jonathan regularly handles entity formation and governance matters, corporate and securities compliance, employment and independent contractor agreements, confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements, technology and online agreements and mandatory state and federal filings.
Prior to joining VLC, Jonathan served as General Counsel of StandWithUs, an international nonprofit Israel education organization, where he regularly advised, consulted with and served as outside general counsel for various small and medium sized businesses and nonprofit organizations. He is very active in several organizations serving the greater San Diego community. Notably, he previously served as a member of the board of directors of Jewish Federation of San Diego County, and he currently sits on the board of directors of Nonprofit Solutions.
Jonathan is licensed to practice law in both California (2019) and Illinois (2007), he graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2007 and earned his undergraduate degree in History and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin in 2002.
