Jennifer Padilla has worked in the customer service field in various capacities for twenty years. Most recently, as Senior Director of Visitor Experience, she has worked to transform the frontline staff at the San Diego Natural History Museum through an emphasis on teambuilding, communication and staff empowerment. Through this hands-on and transformative experience at the Museum, Jennifer has gained a wealth of knowledge in these areas and is poised to share her enthusiasm and ideas with the nonprofit community by facilitating workshops at Nonprofit Management Solutions. In the spirit of collaboration and networking, Jennifer and several of her colleagues in the San Diego museum community founded the San Diego Visitor Services Collaborative, aiming at gathering museum and other nonprofit professionals together to provide a forum and network for working through visitor services and visitor experience issues. Jennifer holds a BA from San Diego State University in Liberal Studies.
