Jennifer Padilla
Jennifer Padilla has worked in the customer service field in various industries and capacities for over twenty years. She recently completed an eight year journey with the San Diego Natural History Museum where she worked to improve the guest, staff, and volunteer experience at the Museum with an emphasis on communication, transparency, and staff development.
Through her experience with managing frontline teams, strategizing efficient facility operations, and working as a key member of the Museum’s pandemic response team, Jennifer gained a wealth of knowledge and insight regarding the operation of nonprofit institutions and taking care of the dedicated staff and volunteers that fulfill their missions. She strongly believes in the power of staff development and lifelong learning and is poised to share her enthusiasm as well as her experiences and knowledge with the San Diego nonprofit community.
