Charles Enciso
Charles Enciso has almost 30 years of volunteer program management experience. He has provided leadership in both nonprofit and government-funded volunteer programming and has substantive experience in every aspect of volunteer management: program design, training, recruitment, placement, support, etc. Charles is currently the Senior Director of Visitor Services and Volunteers at the San Diego Natural History Museum. He previously served as Director of Volunteer Services at The San Diego LGBT Center and Volunteer Experience Manager at the San Diego Humane Society. Prior to that, he spent 10 years with the Peace Corps managing volunteer programs in The Philippines, Nepal, and Armenia. Charles graduated from San Diego State University and volunteers as a Master Gardener with the San Diego Master Gardeners Association.
