Beverly Laursen
Bev Laursen has spent most of her career in training and development for companies ranging from Fortune 100 to Entrepreneurial Start-ups. She was introduced to the importance of employee training and development early in her corporate career and has taken that ethos to other companies. She created training departments recognizing the importance of employee development and an integral part of employee retention and corporate growth. Bev also brings experience from training internationally on a wide variety of professional and personal development programs. These include public seminars and in-house seminars designed specifically for the client. She is certified in numerous programs ranging from performance appraisal, client retention, sales and sales management training, management training, and project management. She is passionate about training and brings her enthusiasm and knowledge to all programs.
