Evelyn Nash
Evelyn is a dedicated facilitator, coach, and researcher with a profound passion for leadership development and empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies at the University of San Diego (USD), where she studies meaningful work in organizations. She also holds an M.A. in Organizational Leadership and Learning from The George Washington University and an M.S. in Instructional Design and Technology from Purdue University.
In her role at USD, she serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at USD, facilitating sessions on leadership, group/team dynamics, and DEI-related topics. She further supports USD program development, evaluation, accreditation, and institutional effectiveness efforts.
Her prior career includes managing education-related projects and accreditation processes at nonprofit organizations such as Kellen Company, ANSI National Accreditation Board, and the Center for Creative Leadership. She combines her diverse academic background with practical experience to guide nonprofit individuals toward greater self-awareness, enhanced leadership skills, and tangible results.
