In this Learning Group, Development Professionals will receive coaching from experts and input from peers. Five, three-hour sessions provide hands-on training for fundraising professionals in nonprofit organizations to improve their skills. Participants will also create and/or refine their Development plan and learn the keys to its implementation.

Instructor

LENORE LOWE, Executive Director of Nonprofit Solutions. She joined NPS as the Director of Training and Organizational Development in 2008 after nearly fifteen years as an NPS senior affiliated consultant. She has provided leadership, governance, and management consulting and training for the boards and staff of dozens of nonprofit organizations throughout California during her twenty-five year career in the sector. Lenore serves as principal on NPS consulting projects and is the instructor in the NPS Management Certificate Program offered in collaboration with Brandman (formerly Chapman) University. A native San Diegan, Lenore holds a Masters of Education from the University of San Diego and is an alumna of LEAD San Diego.
