Shannon Bryant

Shannon is a community leader and experienced facilitator with a focus on leadership development and DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion). She brings a strategic, people-centered approach to her work, creating environments where diverse voices are heard and collaboration thrives. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, is a graduate of the RISE Urban Leadership Fellowship and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Conflict Management and Resolution at the University of San Diego’s Kroc School. Known for her optimism, authenticity, and ability to build meaningful relationships, she is passionate about fostering inclusive and impactful learning experiences.
