Sam Elmi

Sam Elmi, Ph.D. serves as an HR Business Partner for Mission Edge and has a particular expertise in Artificial Intelligence. He is an organizational psychologist with over a decade of experience leading people function strategies. His work is rooted in people-first philosophy, and he believes that the greatest strength and asset of any organization is its people. Sam holds a Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University. Prior to working with Mission Edge, he was Director of People Strategy & Operations for Nava PBC, a public benefit corporation with over 450 employees. Sam’s key areas of research are Performance & Succession Strategy; Leadership Development; and AI Impact on Workforce
