Lola Adeyemo

Dr. Lola Adeyemo holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership and is a Certified Diversity Professional with a focus on workshop facilitation for Employee Resource Groups (ERG) and does career coaching for underrepresented employees within ERGs and immigrant professionals. She has a background and experiences in project management, as a scientist, an analyst, a program manager and a supply chain expert.

Lola is the founder and CEO of EQImindset and the Immigrants in Corporate nonprofit. She is the author of the book Thriving in Intersectionality: Immigrants, Belonging, and Corporate America and is a TEDx speaker on “Belonging Is Not About Fitting In.”
