Diane Dauble has over 20 years of experience in assisting organizations to achieve their strategic goals through training, coaching and mentoring. Throughout her career, Diane has worked with profit and non-profit organizations. Most recently, Diane headed Learning and Development for a not-for-profit health insurance company. She has the ability to work within all levels of organizations from C-suite to front line staff. Volunteering has been an important element in Diane’s life. Currently she is volunteering at her grand children’s second and kindergarten classrooms and prior in the SMART Reading program in Eugene, OR. Diane has also supported United Way, Womenspace, Pearl S. Buck Center, Eugene Humane Society and others. Diane holds a Master Degree in Training, Organizational Development and Leadership as well as certifications from Thomas International (DISC, Team GIA); Development Dimensions, Inc.; Achieve Global and Thiag.
