Please mail payment promptly as registrations are not guaranteed
until payment has been received. Workshop space is limited and registration
will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not
like to cancel trainings, but sometimes it is necessary when pre-enrollments
are low. Your registration might be the one that enables the training
to be held, so please register early!
Your workshop registration will be confirmed via e-mail or fax and
you will be notified if there are any changes or cancellations of
workshops.

Cancellations and Refund Policy: We reserve the right to
cancel any workshop, for which registrants will receive a full refund
or course credit. A registrant who cancels an enrollment will receive
a full credit for another workshop or a refund less $10 handling
charge if notice of cancellation is received at least two working
days prior to the workshop. No refunds will be given for late cancellations
or no-shows for any workshop. Credit for late cancellations will
not be issued for computer courses, forums, or special programs.
