||Conflict happens and itís not necessarily a bad thing if it can be resolved effectively. An interest-based, relational approach to conflict respects individual differences that help people avoid becoming too entrenched in fixed positions. In this workshop, participants will:
? Self-assess common approaches to handing conflict.
? Reflect on personal challenges and barriers to resolving conflict.
? Define conflict.
? Identify sources of sources of conflict and techniques to manage conflict.
? Develop an action plan for resolving conflict.
