||In a world which is becoming increasingly more global, fast, and complex, the demands on our time and resources inevitably produce more stress. Participants will:
1) Define stress and the many ways it can affect you
2) Identify your individual sources of stress
3) Explore different ways to get your stress under control
4) Develop ways to reduce or modify stress before it becomes unmanageable.
We will also address ways to get the various areas of your life more in balance.
