Conflict is not necessarily a bad thing if it can be resolved effectively. An interest-based, relational approach to conflict respects individual differences that help people avoid becoming too entrenched in fixed positions.
In this workshop, participants will:
*Self-assess common approaches to handling conflict.
*Reflect on personal challenges and barriers to resolving conflict.
*Identify sources of conflict and techniques to manage conflict.
*Develop an action plan for resolving conflict.
Who should attend: Individual Contributors, Emerging Managers, and Managers
This workshop is one of ten workshops included in the Mindful Manager Program.
