While evaluating and developing team members, one may need to hold team members accountable for high-quality results using a formal process to measure progress; while also following applicable HR laws. In this workshop, participants will:
*Define performance management.
*Recognize the steps of the Progressive Discipline Process.
*Explore personnel law and how to avoid litigation, and gain resources for staying up-to-date.
*Describe the steps in documenting a performance situation.
Who should attend: Individual Contributors, Emerging Managers, and Managers.
