||Effective coaches communicate for influence to attain buy-in and support of goals. They provide feedback, guidance and support. Through coaching, the talents and abilities of the team members are developed. In this workshop, participants will:
*Self-assess on current coaching abilities.
*Define coaching; distinguish between coaching and performance supervision.
*Reflect on experiences with coaching, elements and benefits of effective coaching.
*Identify team members that will most benefit from coaching.
*Develop an action plan to implement coaching.
Who should attend: Individual Contributors, Emerging Managers, and Managers
This workshop is one of ten workshops in the Mindful Manager Program.
