||The five-week Volunteer Manager Learning Group examines the changes in the nonprofit sector affecting volunteerism, challenges in creating an organizational culture that supports and maximizes the value of volunteers, and the skills needed to effect change. This specialized program offers in-depth training and a unique networking opportunity that supports peer learning. Participants will have the opportunity to complete a module that will be part of a complete presentation that can be taken back to your organization to advocate on behalf of volunteering and explain to stakeholders the value in working with volunteers. Participants will receive support and feedback throughout the five weeks. All sessions feature a high degree of participant interaction, tools and resources that can be applied immediately. This group meets 5 consecutive Fridays from June 1st to June 29th.
