||The five-week Volunteer Manager Learning Group examines the changes in the nonprofit sector affecting volunteerism, challenges in creating an organizational culture that supports and maximizes the value of volunteers, and the skills needed to effect change. This specialized program offers in-depth training and a unique networking opportunity that supports peer learning. Participants will each identify a project to complete for their organization and receive feedback and support throughout the five weeks to ensure successful implementation. All sessions feature a high degree of participant interaction, hands-on activities, and tools and resources that can be applied immediately. This group meets 5 consecutive Fridays from May 4th-June 1st.
